Dining @ Tanamera
Tanamera Lodge caters for evening meals and serves a continental and Full English breakfast. We select meat from our local butcheries and fresh fish which is largely from the shores of Mozambique. We source seasonal fruits and vegetables to serve with our freshly prepared meals. The menu changes daily and we can cater for halal and vegetarian dining as well as other dietary requirements such as gluten-free, diabetic, celeriac etc.
Guests have the option of having dinner and breakfast in the main lodge with our other guests or in their chalets, should they wish to be more private. During summer, both dinner and breakfast are served on the decks of either the main lodge or the chalets, weather permitting.
Breakfast @ Tanamera
We serve a buffet style Continental breakfast which consists of a selection of sliced fresh fruits or fruit salad, sliced cold meat cuts and cheese. This is complimented by a choice of cereals together with fruit and plain yoghurt. For our English breakfast, we offer eggs to order, served with a bacon and then sausage, mushroom or tomato which we vary on a daily basis. Together with this we serve either pancakes, flapjacks, muffins or scones and a choice of toast. We offer a variety of fruit juices with the Continental breakfast. Each breakfast is served either with local Sabie Valley coffee or a selection of teas.
Dinner @ Tanamera
Dinner at Tanamera is a three course table de hote menu with a choice of 2 starters, 2 main course and 2 desserts. Guests have the option of having dinner in the main lodge with our other guests or in the privacy of their chalets.
